Battle of the Wings is a heavyweight bout
(WSYR-TV) — While there is some debate as to the origin of chicken wings as a tasty snack, one thing is not up for debate… the best chicken wings in the state will be at the Battle of the Wings this weekend inside the Inner Harbor.
It's the sixth year wing enthusiasts will benefit from this heavyweight showdown. Nick Ford, owner of Limp Lizard and organizer of the event, brought along with him: Cody Fedele from Meier's Creek Brewing, Joe Kalil of Home Team Pub and Dan Schirtz from NYE Automotive, to discuss the competition and the growth of the event.
The Battle of the Wings is Friday and Saturday at the Syracuse Inner Harbor.
