Thrilling cowboy action awaits at Westonwood Ranch Rodeo
FREEPORT, Fla. (WMBB) – Grab your lassos and cowboy boots and get ready to head on over to Freeport as the Westonwood Ranch Rodeo is back in town this weekend.
At this year's rodeo, you will have the chance to watch professional cowboys compete in bronco and bull riding, steer wrestling, barrel racing, and so much more.
Along with all the action on the dirt, there will be plenty of vendors and live music to listen to throughout the weekend.
Proceeds from the rodeo will be donated to Westonwood Ranch, which is a Walton County non-profit that works to empower teens and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

'We're able to provide program scholarships for children in need,' Westonwood Ranch Founder Lindy Wood said. 'We provide year-round, full-time programs that really pour into the lives of young people that have disabilities and create pathways so they can have a more independent life.'
This year's rodeo will be hosted at the Freeport Regional Sports Complex on Friday, March 28th, and Saturday, March 29th.
Gates will open at 6 p.m., and the cowboys will begin performing around 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for those 12 and under and can only be purchased at the gate.
