Glasgow rapper 'shuts down' popular Buchanan Street store
Triple01s, also known as YSK, popular for songs like Livid and Ayo, performed for a huge crowd at JD Sports.
(Image: Image: Newsquest) Videos appeared on TikTok of the star rapping at the store to dozens of people. He even invited fans on the stage with him.
The Glasgow shop wrote on TikTok that the star 'shut down' the venue.
In 2022, a former member of Triple01s rapper Tyler Green, who went by the stage name Trigga, died from bone cancer. He was just 22 years old.
The member was praised as 'a fighter like no other' in tributes following the news of his death.
(Image: Image from Facebook) Announcing the news, Triple01s wrote on Twitter: 'It is with great sadness that we announce Tyler passed peacefully with his closest loved ones by his side at 2:20am this morning. Surely, we belong to Allah and verily to Him do we return.
'A kid who touched every life he encountered in his journey through life, putting himself last before everyone he loved. It is indescribable to put into words the character he truly was. A fighter like no other."
'Even through his toughest battle yet he showed us all his willingness to win and fight like he did throughout his life.'
Triple01s is set to perform at Box Hub Vennel.
The concert will take place on Friday, May 30.
