Cardi B & NFL Star Stefon Diggs Get Cozy at New York Knicks Game Amid Dating Rumors

Dating rumors got a bit of a boost on Monday night (May 12) as Cardi B and NFL star Stefon Diggs enjoyed their first public date night cheering on the New York Knicks during the team's game five win over the Boston Celtics. The two have been rumored to be an item on social media for months, and they leaned in with a hard launch as the rapper and Pro Bowl wide receive — who sported a denim jacket look with Chrome Hearts Timberland boots were spotted holding hands on the way into the game, had their arms on one another throughout the contest, with the 'Bodak Yellow' artist — wearing a black leather skirt and matching top with heels — even putting her hand lovingly on the football star's cheek at one point. The pair also appeared on the Jumbotron during the game. This marks a new chapter for Cardi B, who appears to be in her first public relationship since filing for divorce from Offset last year. It's a lot of new for Diggs as well, who signed a three-year $69 million deal with the New England Patriots to catch passes from quarterback Drake Maye in March. The Knicks took care of business with a 121-113 defeat of the Celtics in game four to go up three-one in the series and are one win away from knocking the defending champs out of the playoffs. The New York team will look to punch its ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals on Wednesday night (May 14) in Boston, and the Celtics could be without superstar Jayson Tatum, who left the game with a lower leg injury late in the fourth quarter. Cardi and Diggs added to the star-studded affair that was Celebrity Row at Madison Square Garden on Monday evening. Mary J. Blige, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Timothée Chalamet, Bad Bunny, Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, Busta Rhymes, Ben Stiller, coach Rick Pitino and more stars were also in attendance. Diggs, 31, became a father to daughter, Nova, in 2016, while Cardi had three children during her relationship with Offset: 6-year-old Kulture, 3-year-old Wave and a daughter born in September, whose name she has not confirmed. Kneecap Band Member Liam O'Hanna Charged With Terror Offense in the U.K.

Kneecap band member Liam O'Hanna has been charged with a terror offense by London police after he allegedly waved a Hezbollah flag onstage, according to the BBC. The charge comes about six months after the alleged incident, during which the 27-year-old Irish musician — whose stage name is Mo Chara — is said to have displayed the flag during his band's gig at the O2 Forum on Nov. 21, 2024. The London Metropolitan Police only learned of the alleged offense in April, when a video of the concert surfaced online. The same goes for Hamas, a Palestinian terrorist organization that Hezbollah has backed amid the former's ongoing conflict with Israel. O'Hanna is reportedly due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on June 18. The update is just the latest development in a series of controversies for Kneecap, which made headlines in April for ending its Coachella set with the following message displayed onscreen: 'Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people. It is being enabled by the U.S. government who arm and fund Israel despite their war crimes. F— Israel; free Palestine.' While some criticized the Coachella message, some fellow musicians — including Massive Attack, Pulp and Fontaines D.C. — expressed support for the group in an open letter. The Belfast trio has been one of the most outspoken voices in the music world in supporting Palestine amid Israel's war on Hamas, which began Oct. 7, 2023, when the terrorist group killed 1,200 Israelis and kidnapped 250 more. More than 53,000 Palestinians have since died in the violence, according to The Associated Press. Kneecap again drew criticism when footage of the group allegedly calling for the deaths of British MPs (members of parliament) in 2023 resurfaced online in April, shortly after London authorities announced that they were assessing a video taken of a band member appearing to say 'up Hamas, up Hezbollah.' Around that time, Kneecap released a statement: 'Let us be unequivocal: we do not, and have never, supported Hamas or Hezbollah,' the band wrote. 'We condemn all attacks on civilians, always. It is never okay. We know this more than anyone, given our nation's history. We also reject any suggestion that we would seek to incite violence against any MP or individual. Ever. An extract of footage, deliberately taken out of all context, is now being exploited and weaponised, as if it were a call to action.' 'We also reject any suggestion that we would seek to incite violence against any MP or individual,' it continued. 'Ever. Drake Congratulates DDG For His New Album ‘Blame the Chat,' Trolls Adin Ross For Not Listening to It

Drake has given DDG his flowers for his new album Blame The Chat and clowned Adin Ross for having not listened to it. In DDG's latest Twitch stream on Monday (May 12), DDG and Adin Ross spent the day together, culminating in a video call with The Boy. 'Congrats on your album,' Drake told the rapper, before pivoting his attention to Adin, 'Did you listen to it?' 'Why are you saying you didn't stream man?' he exclaimed. 'You were literally just streaming. You've been streaming for four out of the last like seven days!' The compliments from Drake come after DDG said he thought his new album was gonna sell the equivalent of 500 units in its first week. The YouTube star turned rapper then confirmed that the album had only sold 1,230 units, before changing that number to 11,000. Regardless, the album did not chart the Billboard 200. The low numbers don't seem to be phasing DDG, who claimed last month his lifestyle is actually so extravagant he still lives paycheck to paycheck. 'I have to make money,' he said during a livestream. 'Bills are high. Did I tell you how much my bills is a month? N—a, my bills high as s—t. If I don't work, I'ma go broke ASAP… Like, I have to work. I don't have a choice. It ain't 'bout me trying to pocket some money. I have multiple homes, multiple cars. I have family. I have a child. I spend a lot of money.' 'You goin' nowhere fast but from your view you could never tell,' he raps. 'No wonder 'cause you live your life based on a carousel/ You bums could prolly teach a masterclass on takin' L's/ Truth is, if you wake up hatin' life, then you hate yourself.' Ab-Soul then comes through and takes off his J Dilla hat to Sean before going in and addressing Joey's back-and-forth with Ab's friend Daylyt and TDE labelmate Ray Vaughn. 'In which case, Joey, you put me in a sticky predicament,' Soulo admits. 'I had to show solidarity to my syndicate/ Nah, you know anybody can get it/ In such a way that it will make any physician conflicted/ But listen, the 47's still on my tricep/ Pass the pot, let me skillet, I'm quite the chef.' He added: 'Pro Era the masters, that ain't ever incorrect/ But it's still TDE 'til 3000 and forever/ Lyt was heavy and Ray definitely stepped/ But this is hip-hop, you know we still on that.' Joey then closes the cypher out by replying to fans suggesting that he's been trying to ignite another East vs. West beef when he dropped the video for 'The Ruler's Back,' where he mentions a famous Jay-Z line about West Coast admiration. 'Since 'Ruler's Back,' they been tryna measure up,' he spits. 'Look, my name ain't Rick, but I talk Slick, don't press ya luck/ And I ain't taking no words back, I'm with all that/ But this ain't gotta turn to nothin' else, let's keep it all rap.' The Brooklyn rapper then brings up the heat he was taking from fans, rapping, 'First off, I could never hate the West Coast/ But since n—as comin' for Joe, f— it then, let's go/ N—as must've forgot what Dot said on 'Control'/ There's still a buncha sensitive rappers in they pajama clothes/ I guess this ain't no East versus West/ I just think that I'm the best, as a matter fact, I know.' Philadelphia Rapper LGP QUA Shot & Killed on Mother's Day

Qidere 'LGP QUA' Johnson was shot and killed in Philadelphia on Mother's Day in what authorities are saying was a robbery gone wrong. The Philadelphia Police Department confirmed to ABC News that the 30-year-old artist, who was also outspoken about gun violence and promoted positivity, was shot multiple times a little after 4:40 p.m. in the Juanita Park neighborhood. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital shortly before 5 p.m. Law enforcement is currently searching for three men who may be linked to the fatal shooting, and is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and a conviction in the case. 'I am heartbroken because people knew QUA as a rapper, but people didn't know him as a community advocate. Literally, he was the voice of the youth.' The young rapper was known as the 'Voice of the Youth' because of the honest way he approached street life in his music. The rapper decided to rebrand himself as a positive influence after spending time in prison. Media personality Mina 'SayWhat' Llona, who has interviewed LGP multiple times, spoke with ABC 6 Action News about Johnson's death. 'It's heartbreaking, it's just not enough words and I think people are just tired,' she told the news outlet. 'You know, we're tired of saying 'rest in peace,' we're tired of it being the same story and the same narrative. We're losing young people that are very talented.' She noted that it's unfortunate that even someone as positive as Johnson is vulnerable to gun violence. 'A young guy not saying those things, being positive,' she said. 'You know, giving people inspiration and even he is susceptible to some of the things that our youth are dealing with right now, and it's just sad.' Meek Mill was also disappointed when heard the news, taking to his Instagram Stories to make a statement. 'Killing ambitious young bulls like this on Mother's Day is a Philly type of thing,' the Philly rapper said. 'S—t will make you different. Prayers to your family, and let's collect some of them guns. S–t sad out here.' In 2018, LGP QUA was honored by the city and state at his former school, Edward T. Steel Elementary, where he and Puma also donated $10,000. 'Whoever is looking at me getting these awards and certificates, is like, 'There is hope,'' the rapper said at the event. 'They see someone who was on the negative side change and is on the positive side now.' The school's principle Jamal Dennis added at the time, 'It's very hard to do a lot of things if you never seen it, Bringing someone in that they can actually see and hear from, that the road is going to be bumpy — things happen in life.'
