She began by explaining that women may unknowingly be wiping incorrectly, which can result in stool being transferred due to not properly cleaning their private areas. Women are generally taught to wipe front to back to prevent this, but Rachel claims that not everyone seems to follow this advice. She says this is the most common issue she encounters, noting that it not only creates a foul-smelling experience but also increases the risk of a urinary tract infection (UTI). A urinary tract infection is an infection in any part of the urinary system, which includes the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra. Rachel also mentions that some clients leave traces of toilet paper behind, which adds to the problem. She adds that if you are 'sexually active' with your partner before your appointment, 'chances are high that we know.' Rachel explained that clients often tense up during the procedure, which can cause bodily fluids to be released. She urges people to be 'mindful' when preparing for these services. She says: 'Some women don't realise this because, honestly, wiping back to front is easier, but it's not the correct way.' Girl talks mum through her home bikini wax & even compares it to the 'Lorax' Rachel also advises customers to shower before their waxing appointments, as failing to do so can result in what she calls 'sit-down air,' where an unpleasant smell is carried upwards due to a draft. She shared an anecdote, saying: 'There was a time I thought a client had a tampon in, which is totally fine, I went to move the string to get one side and it's toilet paper that has been wadded up so far that it looked like a tampon string.' Rachel also isn't a fan of girls who come to their appointment straight after the gym, due to how 'sweaty' it is down there. She also advises to exfoliate in the shower, as well as use a washcloth or a silicone loofah to get in between every area of your body. 3 She also gave some advice to those who get waxers Credit: Her video, which was shared on 2 April, has gone viral gaining 39.2million views and 67.4K comments. One wrote: 'You're so professional with this, thanks to you I realise I have good hygiene.' A second added: 'Girl, this was delivered with so much love and information. 'I don't think it came off bad at all. It came off as big sister energy. 'I was worried at first but your delivery was great.' And a third said: "I would never EVER go to a wax appointment without showering omg.'

Advertisement How to prepare for a bikini wax IF you're thinking of booking a bikini wax, here's how you can prepare. Choose the Right Time: Schedule your appointment at least a week after your menstrual cycle when your pain threshold is higher. Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the bikini area a day or two before your wax to remove dead skin cells and prevent ingrown hairs. Trim Hair: Ensure hair is about 1/4 inch long; if it's longer, trim it down for a smoother waxing process. Avoid Caffeine and Alcohol: Steer clear of caffeine and alcohol on the day of your appointment as they can tighten pores and increase sensitivity. Take a Pain Reliever: Consider taking an over-the-counter pain reliever about 30 minutes before your appointment to help minimise discomfort. Wear Loose Clothing: Opt for loose-fitting clothes on the day of your waxing to avoid irritation post-treatment. Communicate with Your Aesthetician: Don't hesitate to discuss any concerns or questions with your aesthetician before the session begins. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment to keep your skin hydrated and more supple.

The chocolate-colored canine was captured leaping up and down with glee after spotting its owner, known online as @brinicoleandlondon, walk through the front door. The dog, named London, bounded up and down in his playpen with such rapid-fire energy that it is easy to see why she joked in the post's caption that he is "half bunny." London's owner shared the joyful moment on TikTok on March 2, and the clip has gone viral, racking up more than 1.6 million views and over 263,000 likes to date. The footage showing London's hilarious display of affection at the sight of his owner has warmed the hearts of countless viewers online, reminding many of the unmatched bond between dogs and their humans. An overlaid text across the video played into the comedic nature of the jumps. "The breeder didn't tell me he was half bunny," the text read, while the post was captioned: "I be just as excited to come home from work and get greeted like this." The schnauzer breed is well known for its lively temperament and loyalty, traits that 2-year-old London displayed. His enthusiastic greeting is not only a testament to his spirited personality but also a reflection of the close bond he shares with his owner. Schnauzers are often described as affectionate, friendly, and highly attuned to their families thanks to their intelligence, according to American Kennel Club. In comment after comment, TikTok users shared their delight at the greeting, comparing London's hopping antics to how their own pets react when happy. Others have poked fun at the viral moment, drawing comparisons to pop culture figures with similarly boundless energy. "We don't deserve dogs man," one viewer commented. "The jumping has me scream crying," another added. "Dog-phaba tried to defy gravity," another viewer said, referencing the musical Wicked. "I'm convinced he has springs in his legs," London's owner responded. "He reminds me [of] the Lorax for some reason," another said. "My [miniature] schnauzer is half grasshopper, half mountain goat," another commented. Newsweek reached out to @brinicoleandlondon for more information via TikTok.
