'The winds are the guarantee. We're going to pick up 50, 60 mile per hour wind gusts, and that's all going to happen after 8 or 9 o'clock or so,' Lauria told FOX4's Loren Halifax.
'After 10 o'clock, the 60 to eventually 70 mile per hour winds are on the table.'
