Dubai Police Captivates Visitors at Arabian Travel Market 2025 with Innovative Services
Dubai Police attracted significant attention on the opening day of the Arabian Travel Market 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, showcasing their latest initiatives to ambassadors, consular representatives, and aviation professionals from around the world.
Major General Ali Atiq bin Lahej, Assistant Commandant for Ports Affairs, reviewed the police stand, underlining Dubai Police's commitment to engaging in major events to strengthen Dubai's position as a leading and secure global tourist destination. He stressed the importance of participating in platforms like ATM to promote safety and innovation.
Brigadier Harb Al Shamsi, Acting Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, highlighted that Dubai Police's involvement reflects their strategy to remain engaged across key sectors, particularly as tourism continues to play a major role in global economic growth.
The Dubai Police stand features seven key services aimed at supporting their strategic goal of building a 'Safe City,' according to Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department. Among the highlights are the Hatta Brave Squad, specialised in rapid emergency response, and the Can-Am quad patrol, designed for effective security operations in rugged areas.
Visitors also experienced the smart Lost and Found System, which streamlines lost property reporting and recovery across government, semi-government, and private sectors in Dubai, offering a glimpse into the emirate's growing integration of technology and public safety.
Dubai Police's presence at ATM 2025 reinforces their evolving role in supporting Dubai's reputation as one of the safest and most visitor-friendly cities in the world.
