Bowling chain to open second location in NI retail centre as part of £9m plan
The Boulevard at Banbridge is set to welcome Hollywood Bowl's second outlet in NI in early 2026 with work due to start on the site immediately.
It's part of a £9m transformation of the centre which plans to create a 'Food and Entertainment Quarter spanning 60,000 square feet.
Managing Director at Lotus Property, the company developing the site, said: 'Welcoming Hollywood Bowl to The Boulevard is an exciting moment in the scheme's history as it triggers a multi-million pound redevelopment to create a 'Food and Entertainment Quarter'.'
'The Boulevard is already a successful destination for families and the arrival of Hollywood Bowl and the tranche of new F&B tenants that we expect to follow will support its transition into a compelling day-to-night option for customers.'
The retail centre has had multiple new additions in recent months, including sports retailer Sportslocker, which opened in May, and cosmetics retailer BPerfect, which opened in April.
Hollywood Bowl is the UK's leading ten-pin bowling business and currently has one location in Belfast's Odyssey complex.
It will join other food and entertainment tenants at The Boulevard including Omniplex cinema and restaurant Salt Kitchen.

Planning permission was granted to Lotus Property for bowling alley and family entertainment centre by Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon County Council.

The modernised customer bowling experience offers a state-of-the-art booking system, premium American diners, licensed bars, Costa Coffee outlets and exclusive pre-bookable VIP lanes.
