Scranton man charged with rape of minor
SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say a man has been charged with rape and other related charges after an investigation.
Police say Louis Best, 47, was arrested after a victim said Best had raped and inappropriately touched them multiple times starting when the victim was a teenager.
Man faces charges for alleged sexual contact with child at church
According to the affidavit, the most recent alleged incident was on Easter 2024.
Police say they arrested Best on May 7, and have charged him with rape and other related charges.
