When is the Louisville Home & Garden Show? Here's your guide to the 2025 event
The annual Louisville Home & Garden show returns to the Kentucky Exposition Center for three days starting Feb. 28, bringing together industry leaders in gardening, landscaping and home projects.
Here's everything to know about the 2025 event:
Industry leaders in gardening, landscaping and home projects will be on hand at the Louisville Home & Garden Show from Feb. 28 to March 2 at the Kentucky Exposition Center. Homeowners, garden enthusiast and those just starting out will find expertise and creativity to fuel their 2025 home and garden dreams.
The 2025 Louisville Home & Garden Show takes places at the Kentucky Exposition Center, 937 Phillips Lane, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28 and Saturday, March 1 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 2.

Tickets are $10 or free for ages 10 and younger. You can purchase tickets at Parking at the Kentucky Exposition Center, 937 Phillips Lane is $12. Find more details at
There are numerous industry experts and leaders who will be presenting at the Louisville Home & Garden Show in 2025, including:
Chase Stetson – "That Lawn Dude:" Known as 'That Lawn Dude,' Stetson is famous for his innovative lawn designs that turn ordinary yards into extraordinary works of art. He'll provide tips and tricks for creating a lawn that's both functional and eye-catching Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m.
Joel Karsten – Straw Bale Gardener: The pioneer of straw bale gardening, Karsten will teach attendees how to grow lush, productive gardens with minimal space and resources. This eco-friendly technique is perfect for modern gardeners looking to embrace sustainability. Karsten will speak several times each day of the show.
Marlena Wolf – Edible Gardens: Wolf, an edible gardening expert, will demonstrate how to transform your garden into a source of fresh, organic produce. Learn her best practices for creating a native planting plan on Saturday at 4 p.m.
Margaret Shea – Dropseed Native Plant Nursery: Shea will guide you on incorporating native plants into your garden to promote biodiversity and create a harmonious landscape. She speaks at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Janet Miller – Louisville Rose Society: Miller shares her expertise on cultivating vibrant roses that thrive in the Kentuckiana climate. Seasoned rosarian and beginners alike will be inspired by her insights. Catch Miller on the Main Stage Friday at 5 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Greater Louisville Bonsai Society: Dive into the art of bonsai. From care tips to design principles, these experts will showcase how to create stunning miniature landscapes that bring a sense of tranquility to any space. Watch the presentation Friday at 4 p.m. and Saturday at 6 p.m.
Master Gardeners: Master Gardeners, including Mary Wheatley and Terry Gibson, bring a wealth of knowledge on everything from soil health to seasonal planting. They will present growing and cooking with fresh herbs on Friday at 1 p.m., and growing in pots Friday at 2 p.m.
