Victorious Sequel Series, Starring Daniella Monet, in Development at Nickelodeon

It might be time to sing through the halls of Hollywood Arts High School again. Nickelodeon is developing another Victorious spinoff series, Hollywood Arts (working title), with Daniella Monet returning as her original character Trina Vega, TVLine has confirmed. More from TVLine SNL 50th Anniversary Special Reveals First Wave of Guests in New Promo TVLine Items: Denise Richards Reality Series Premiere, Muhammad Ali's Parents Cast and More Love It or List It Renewed at HGTV - Find Out Who Is Replacing Hilary Farr This time around, the potential spinoff will see Trina 'returning to her old stomping grounds as the newest teacher at Hollywood's most elite performing arts school,' per the series logline originally reported by our sister site Deadline. It's unclear if more of the original cast will return for the project, namely Grammy winner and Oscar nominee Ariana Grande, who starred as Cat Valentine in Victorious and its initial 2013 spinoff Sam & Cat. Victoria Justice, who headlined Victorious as Trina's sister, Tori Vega, is also not currently involved. Monet will not only return as her original character, but will also serve as executive producer alongside writer and EP Jake Farrow (who also wrote and exec-produced both Victorious and Sam & Cat) and Samantha Martin. Victorious creator Dan Schneider reportedly has no involvement with the spinoff, following a controversy-fueled exit from Nickelodeon in 2018. Victorious aired from 2010 to 2013 and followed aspiring singer Tori Vega as she attended Hollywood Arts High School alongside Trina, who was a senior at the school. While there, she met André Harris (Leon Thomas III), Robbie Shapiro (Matt Bennett), Jade West (Elizabeth Gillies), Cat Valentine (Grande) and Beck Oliver (Avan Jogia). Love It or List It Renewed at HGTV — Find Out Who Is Replacing Hilary Farr

Love It or List It fans, rejoice! HGTV has renewed the long-running home design series for Season 20, TVLine has confirmed. More from TVLine MeTV Toons to Launch Hanna-Barbera Block, Featuring Yogi Bear, Secret Squirrel, Magilla Gorilla and Others FBI: International Just Bid a Fly Team Member Adieu - Will You Miss [Spoiler]? The Cleaning Lady and Alert: Missing Persons Unit Returning to Fox in March Whether or not the series would return was a bit up in the air as original host Hilary Farr exited in 2023, after a 19-season run as the one out to make disgruntled homeowners 'love' their always-ambition, always-under-budgeted reno. The new season will instead be led by HGTV personality Page Turner, alongside original cast member David 'List It!' Visentin. As a licensed real estate agent, Turner has appeared on Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip. 'HGTV fans first came to love Page Turner on Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip and were introduced to her competitive side in two seasons of Rock the Block,' HGTV content chief Loren Ruch said in a statement. 'Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money.' Love It or List It Season 20 will consist of eight hour-long episodes, and is expected to premiere Summer 2025. The HGTV series originally debuted in 2008 and had Farr and Visentin facing off to win over homeowners who were 'at a crossroads' with their houses. Farr's objective was to renovate their current digs into a dream home in the effort to have them fall back in love with it, while Vistentin went on the hunt to find them an alternative property to convince them to list it for sale, and move.
