Dublin traffic LIVE: 'Unusual' southside delays, Luas out of action

There are unusual delays of 25 minutes on the N81 Blessington Road on both approaches to the junction with Fortunestown Road.
There are no reported incidents, though there was a traffic light fault here last week.
Elsewhere, Luases are not currently running between Blackhorse and Connolly/The Point.
Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of the disruption.
