Tyler Cameron Says Matt James Is Still Licking His Wounds From Rachael Kirkconnell Breakup
is weighing in on a series of Bachelor Nation topics with Us, including his friend' breakup from Rachael Kirkconnell. 'I haven't tried yet,' Cameron, 32, told Us Weekly when asked whether he's set up James, 33, on any dates during an interview pegged to his partnership with Lubriderm. 'I think you got to lick your wounds for a little bit first, and then you gotta put yourself back out there. We're still early." Cameron added that James — who he has known since college — is doing well since he ended things with Kirkconnell, 28, in January. While Cameron told Us that he's 'so out of the loop' with The Bachelor, he proved himself wrong with his reaction to the new Golden Bachelor Mel Owens. Tyler Cameron Hangs Out With Best Friend Matt James' Ex-Girlfriend Rachael Kirkconnell 'I saw the announcement for it, and then I see this stud walking down the aisle for whatever event it was. It's an NFL player, I think he's a lawyer, I'm like, 'Who is this guy?' And he looks so amazing,' Cameron said, referring to Owens making his first appearance at Hulu's inaugural Get Real house in April. 'I'm like, this guy needs to be just the Bachelor, not the Golden Bachelor. I think he could pull anybody. And the comments too, were like, 'Who is this man?' I think he will have the women going crazy, and I think it'll be fun to watch.' Cameron noted that he is ready to 'start watching' the franchise again after some distance from his 2019 season of The Bachelorette. Tyler Cameron's Quotes About Rachael Kirkconnell and Her Relationship With Matt James 'I find myself enjoying it more now that I've been kind of removed from it. I've been watching a lot more reality TV lately, and so I think I need to start giving it another shot by sitting down on Mondays and watching it,' he said. While he wasn't locked in on Grant Ellis' season of The Bachelor earlier this year, he still made a TikTok in support of Ellis' runner-up, Litia Garr, since Cameron knows what it's like to be the second choice who fans were rooting for to win. After showing his empathy toward Garr, Cameron revealed he was unfollowed by Ellis. 'It's all fun and games,' Cameron told Us after confirming that they haven't talked. When it comes to Cameron's love life, he hinted that he found The One in girlfriend Tate Madden, whom he recently worked with on a campaign for Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion Fragrance Free. 'Lubriderm just makes it easy,' he told Us. '[It has] all things that you need in a relationship — trust, affordability, availability. You can pick it up anywhere … It's 24-hour care.'

Psoriasis and Sleep: How to Get a Good Night's Rest
Psoriasis inflammation can get in the way of a good night's rest, and it's important to get it in check to avoid a cycle. Minimizing my inflammation and irritation before my head hits the pillow is powerful. When it comes to a night routine, there are a few things that can ensure you have the right energy necessary for a successful day. One of these things is showering. A shower to remove any dirt, dust, or dead skin is a game-changer. On top of that, a good moisturizer like Lubriderm lotion will help. Psoriasis medications on the more urgent spots can also play a huge role. Keeping clean bedsheets is just as important as being clean. My rule of thumb is to wear loose-fitting clothes for bed and in general. The constant friction can cause some discomfort, especially if the clothing is too tight-fitting. For sleep, I prefer soft blankets, clean bedsheets, and a cool-to-normal temperature level at home. Keeping everything in moderation has served me well over time. Anytime there's an imbalance with my diet, physical fitness, a swing in temperature, or a high amount of stress out of the blue, I could have a flare-up. Limiting processed foods, sweets, and excess condiments helps me manage my flare-ups. Everyone reacts to foods differently, so it's best to experiment and track what works and what doesn't. It's important to shower with warm water -- not too hot or cold. When the water is cold, it's easy to make matters worse when scrubbing down in the shower. If the water is too hot, it could burn some exposed areas and dry out my skin. A good rule of thumb is to stay somewhere in the middle of warm water levels. Some people's reactions to water temperature may differ from others. When it comes to nights, I try to make sure I've checked a lot of the boxes for the day. Some of those include getting some physical activity, sunlight if it's nice out, and drinking plenty of water. For a night routine, I prefer working on creative hobbies, planning my schedule for the following days, and unwinding. Having a successful sleep routine can make a huge impact on everyday living and energy levels. Other key pillars of my stress management have been creating unique videos, writing articles, and expressing creativity. A rule of thumb for people with psoriasis is to wash bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets at least once a week. Before I go to bed, I always make sure I'm showered and don't track in dirt, dust, or anything else. This goes with having clean clothes. It's a bad practice to wear dirty clothes, so by staying on top of it, there's a better chance of staying clean and minimizing psoriasis irritations. As someone who has lived in four different states in the past couple of years, I've learned more about controlling the temperature in my home and what works for me. In Chicago, I had an apartment with phenomenal air conditioning, but sometimes it was too cold, leading to dry, painful skin. In other places, I would let more natural air in. I will say that life on the West Coast has made it easier on my skin, especially avoiding the Midwest winters. Sleeping with psoriasis is very disruptive. I can recall many nights when I'd hold myself back so that I didn't scratch and break my skin. There are nights when all you want to do is be at peace. As I've been able to manage my stress better, I've also improved my sleep. It's best to avoid sleep deprivation and maximize your quality of sleep. For most people -- but especially for those with psoriasis -- this is key because it can lead to a vicious cycle. Sleeping with as little friction as possible is how I prefer to go. Some nights, I sleep in just briefs, and others with a tank top. Loose-fitting clothing and soft blankets will create the most comfort. I haven't personally used a humidifier or dehumidifier, but am aware that it is best practice to cycle those for winter and summer months to help control your environment. Cleaning regularly and removing dust or dirt is the best practice for me in controlling what I can. Deep breathing exercises, late-night push-ups, or last-minute outdoor walks have been helpful. Anything to clear your mind and tell your body it's time to wind down and recover is beneficial. It's hard to avoid using my phone late at night, but minimizing overall screen time has also led to better quality sleep. High stress and short nights of sleep will guarantee more inflammation, so it's always been in my best interest to stay disciplined and manage it well. As far as sleep position goes, I have found that sleeping on my back or my side has led to less friction and movement throughout the night. It goes without saying that we shouldn't have any sugar or caffeine before sleeping. Most days, I stick to strictly water, juice, or Gatorade. I generally try to plan my meals at least three or more hours before I intend to knock out for the night. I generally try not to eat right before going to bed, and that has also contributed to better sleep. Having an accountability partner who has always been responsible for her sleep has been a game-changer. Sam's discipline to get proper rest has rubbed off on me. Ever since dialing it in, there has been a world of difference in what I can accomplish in a day. Psoriasis is challenging, but not letting it control your day or your sleep can make a huge difference. When my sleep patterns were off track, it was a continuous cycle of never feeling rested. For those who endure the daily off-putting that comes with psoriasis, I urge you to capitalize on things that are in your control, and not focusing on what is not. Diets, quality sleep, stress management, physical fitness, and staying connected are just a few of the things that will pay off in the long run.
