GM NER inspects services on 3 trains
Lucknow: Railway officials led by GM NER Saumya Mathur and DRM Lucknow division Gaurav Agarwal conducted inspections of Pushpak Express, Garib Rath and Lucknow-Chhapra Express on Wednesday, in view of the rising passenger traffic and challenges in services such as on-board housekeeping services, electrical systems, mobile phone and laptop charging points, toilets, washbasins, sanitary facilities, water supply, waste management systems, and functioning of air conditioning units. "Since Pushpak Express is the most demanded train, GM inspected the pantry car cleanliness, its operational status, and the emergency readiness of fire safety equipment," said an official.
