A lottery ticket bought at a Miami-Dade Publix on Friday is worth $118,000
A fortunate Friday for Florida Lottery draw game players included jackpot hits in Mega Millions, Fantasy 5 and Jackpot Triple Play, one of which came off a ticket bought at a Miami area Publix.
Only Cash4Life, among the big money draw games, didn't have a big prize hit. Otherwise, there was a Mega Millions winner in Virginia, a Jackpot Triple Play winner off a ticket sold at a Bonita Springs Publix, a Fantasy 5 midday draw winner at a Lutz 7-Eleven and an evening draw winner at a West Miami-Dade Publix.

The evening draw numbers — 2, 8, 18, 23 and 29 — were chosen by a Fantasy 5 player at the Publix across the street from Tropical Park, 7805 SW 40th St., aka Bird Road. That's a $118,145 stroke of luck.
