Justice M. Sundar nominated as Executive Chairman of Legal Services Authority
Justice M. Sundar, a Senior Judge of the High Court of Judicature of Madras, has been nominated as the Executive Chairman of the Union Territory of Puducherry Legal Services Authority in place of Justice R. Subramanian
A government order said the Lt. Governor has in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act 39 of 1987) read with Rule 4 of the Union Territory of Puducherry Legal Services Authority Rules, 1998 and on the recommendation of the Hight Court of Judicature at Madras has nominated Justice Sundar to the post.
