KTS Trading hosts 2025 East Malaysia STIHL Dealers Conference

KOTA KINABALU (May 10): KTS Trading Sdn Bhd successfully held the 2025 East Malaysia STIHL Dealers Conference from May 7 to 9, bringing together 20 invited dealers from Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei for a three-day event focused on STIHL's business development and future market trends, while strengthening regional partnerships.
Augustine Ling Siew Hing, General Manager of the Light Machinery Division at KTS Trading Sdn Bhd, said:
'During the conference, we held in-depth discussions on STIHL's business strategies and the market potential across Southeast Asia. Today, we arranged a one-hour live demonstration session for participants to get hands-on experience with our latest equipment.'
The demonstration featured STIHL's newest high-performance tools, including the 4-stroke multi-purpose engines EHC505 and EHC1105, the 4-stroke tiller MH210, the IR40 inverter generator, the RE150 high-pressure cleaner, and the MSA70 battery-powered chainsaw.
'By introducing STIHL's premium, high-quality machines at affordable prices, we are responding to the government's call to encourage more involvement in agriculture. We hope STIHL's tools can help farmers boost crop productivity and improve their income,' Ling stated.
In addition to agricultural equipment, STIHL also presented a variety of battery-powered products during the conference, such as the SEA 20 handheld vacuum, the MSA70 battery chainsaw, and the FSA 30 battery grass trimmer.
Ling added that STIHL is continuously expanding its portfolio of battery-powered gardening and agricultural tools and is actively developing the Southeast Asian market with competitively priced offerings.
This conference not only deepened the participating dealers' understanding of STIHL's product innovations but also reinforced the brand's strategic presence in East Malaysia, paving the way for future regional growth.
