When it comes to the food, the menu here is a testament to the country's vast culinary landscape.
For starters, the dhokla chaat, marinated in buttermilk and served with passionfruit gel and wasabi peas, offers a refreshing twist on a classic dish. The harissa paneer tikka combines Indian cottage cheese with North African spices, served with a hint of garlic sauce.
Vegetarians will be happily satisfied here too, with loads of options too, from Mumbai street food to Tamil Nadu's vibrant spices and Gujarati delicacies.

When it comes to your drinks order, the mocktail menu is definitely worth perusing. The Madurai bloom, inspired by the southern Indian city, is a rose-infused drink featuring gulkand, a sweet paste of rose petals, presented with theatrical flair.
