Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger gets engaged at 81 years old
Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger is engaged at the age of 81 years old, 60 years after the band's gig at Oxford University.
The legendary band's frontman has been dating choreographer Melanie Hamrick for over a decade.
It was revealed in a recent Paris Match interview with the former ballerina that the rock icon proposed 'two or three years ago'.
She added that while the engagement has been in place for a while, she does not know if they will actually tie the knot.

"Maybe one day we'll marry, maybe not," said Ms Hamrick.
"We are so happy in our current life that I would be too afraid to change anything.
"We try to support each other, be there for each other, and make sure everyone is happy.
"That's all that matters to me and all I strive for."
Mr Jagger met his partner while touring with the Stones, and the pair have been together since 2014.

The 81-year-old singer and the 37-year-old choreographer have one son together, Deveraux, who was born in 2016.
Famously, the Rolling Stones played at Oxford University in June 1964 at a Magdalen College Commemoration Ball.
The event had a special interest because the Stones were nobodies when they were booked to appear, but very big stars indeed by the time of the gig 12 months later.
They were obliged to interrupt a US tour and fly back to Britain to fulfil their contract, which cost them £1,500 in air fares to pick up a £100 fee.
