Hombale Films announce Mahavatar Cinematic Universe, to start with Narasimha in July
Hombale Films and Kleem Productions have announced their ambitious new franchise, the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe. The project will span over a decade and feature a slate of animated films based on the ten divine avatars of Lord Vishnu. The films will be released between 2025 and official release calendar includes 'Mahavatar Narsimha' in 2025, followed by 'Mahavatar Parshuram' (2027), 'Mahavatar Raghunandan' (2029), 'Mahavatar Dhawkadhesh' (2031), 'Mahavatar Gokulananda' (2033), 'Mahavatar Kalki Part 1' (2035), and 'Mahavatar Kalki Part 2' (2037).The possibilities are ENDLESS, and we're PUMPED to see our stories ROAR to life on up for an EPIC cinematic ride! #HombaleFilms proudly presents the #MahavatarCinematicUniverse, through breathtaking animation envisioned and produced by #KleemProductions. With Mahavatar, we are proud to present a cinematic universe that brings the sacred avatars of Vishnu to life through animation. This is more than a film series — it is our tribute to India's spiritual legacy.'The Mahavatar Cinematic Universe is said to be presented as a multi-platform initiative that includes comics, immersive video games, digital storytelling, and collectible experiences. The creators said the initiative aims to enable audiences across generations and platforms to engage with the 'Mahavatar Narsimha' is directed by Ashwin Kumar and produced by Shilpaa Dhawan, Kushal Desai, and Chaitanya Desai under the banner of Kleem Productions. The film will be presented by Hombale Films and released in five Indian languages and in 3D. Its release is scheduled for July 25, 2025.- Ends
