Kasim: Teamwork crucial to empower UMS reputation

Kota Kinabalu: The value of teamwork by the entire university community, including the management, administrators, implementers and students, provides multiple benefits to everyone and should be maintained. Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) Vice-Chancellor, Professor Datuk Dr Kasim Mansur, said that to achieve success in elevating the university's reputation, teamwork is essential and offers many advantages. 'Teamwork has many benefits because it involves diverse capabilities, expertise, skills, knowledge, commitment, and improved performance to achieve success in enhancing the university's reputation. 'Indirectly, I believe that managing events like this can nurture and strengthen the spirit of teamwork and increase a sense of happiness among the university community,' he said this during the Majlis Sambutan Pesona Raya Mutiara UMS on Thursday.
