His life takes an unexpected turn when a tragic event involving a close friend leaves him responsible for a two-year-old child named Khushi. Initially overwhelmed by the demands of parenting, Vikram gradually learns to care deeply for Khushi, which leads to a profound transformation in his outlook on life. The story further develops as Subhadra, another guardian, enters Vikram's life. Together, they navigate the challenges of raising Khushi while managing their own differences. Over time, Vikram's feelings for Subhadra grow, and the film shifts focus to his efforts to win her heart. Alongside this romantic journey, Vikram also reconnects with his estranged parents, strengthening his bond with Khushi and embracing themes of love, responsibility, and family. The film stars Sharwanand as Vikram, Krithi Shetty as Subhadra, and Vikram Adittya in pivotal roles. The music, composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab . 'Manamey' was also released on Amazon Prime Video in Telugu earlier in March 2025, following a delayed OTT premiere after its theatrical run.
