5 bike thieves arrested, 11 stolen 2-wheelers recovered

The operation was conducted by Tamando police following a complaint about theft of a high-end motorcycle in Kalinga Vihar area. Police identified the primary accused as Manish Patnaik and Baburao Acharya. Their arrest led to the apprehension of three other gang members.
