It's the ideal place for fans of the motor sport. Housing 499 rooms, this super-trendy hotel has loads of bedrooms and suites to pick from, which come with a range of different features including water views, race track views and balconies. Hotels in the GCC: Dubai 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central Credit: 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central The hip chain has hotels across Germany and in European cities like Paris and Zurich, with the Dubai branch marking its first expansion outside of the continent when it opened in December 2021. If we had to choose one word to describe the 25hours Hotel, it would be quirky – which is almost at odds with One Central, an area of town best known for corporate simplicity and basic designs. The lobby is home to a 5,000-book library, works from local artists and other kooky knick-knacks throughout, leading to a distinctly cool vibe. The main draw, of course, is the incredible view over the Museum of the Future, which you can enjoy from the pool or famed Berlin-export Monkey Bar, with its gorgeous outdoor area. If you're after Indian food, pay a visit to Tandoor Tina for creative plates in a hip setting. For something a little different in Dubai, this is a must. One Central, Trade Centre Area, (+971 4 210 2525). Address Beach Resort A landmark on the JBR skyscrape is the towering, 77-storey Address Beach Resort. The whopping hotel opened in 2020, becoming the first beachfront property for Address Hotels & Resorts. The huge building has two 77-floor towers, connected by the tallest inhabited skybridge in the world. Set at the very top is ZETA Seventy Seven – a rooftop venue with a massive infinity pool boasting some of the very best views in town. Gaze down and you'll see Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, JBR and beyond. The views are absolutely incredible from up there, so be sure to book some time in to take it all in. Address Beach Resort has 217 guest rooms and suites, including deluxe rooms, one- and two-bedroom suites, as well as a three-bedroom presidential suite. Address Grand Creek Harbour The first Grand edition of the Address hotel franchise in Dubai (thanks to the hotel and residences combining more than 1,000 rooms), this became the first five-star luxury hotel in Dubai Creek Harbour when it opened in late 2022. As to be expected with any Address hotel, the setting is chic and stylish but, with Address Grand Creek Harbour, the colour palette in the lobby doesn't feature the usual greyish, blue and neutral tones you'd expect. Instead, visitors are welcomed by warm golden colours with jewel-toned accents. As for the lobby bar, patisserie items, beverages and hot drinks can be ordered and enjoyed by the grand piano (fancy). The elegance continues into The Restaurant, which serves world cuisine all day and the outside dining space boasts stunning views of Downtown Dubai including the iconic Burj Khalifa. Another dining spot is Luma Pool Lounge, overlooking the pool. Another highlight is Ninive, a gorgeous Bedouin-style majlis restaurant. A gorgeous island location, facilities include a 500m long private beach, which has uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. In a city as busy as Dubai, Banyan Tree is a place for a bit of peace and quiet. The hotel itself is made up of 179 rooms, including 30 suites, 96 privates residences and a four-bedroom villa with its own private entrance, pool and beach. Spanning 2 kilometers with a total area of 100,000 square meters, the Sama Bay Project can accommodate over 3,000 visitors per day. It is divided into two main sections: the first extends 1.5 kilometers and features 39 commercial units, including shops, kiosks, a sports center, a water sports center, and an area designated for 14 food trucks, along with a jogging and aerobics walkway. The second section, covering 0.5 kilometers, houses 12 buildings designed for waterfront restaurants, offering a premium dining experience for marine enthusiasts. The launch of the Sama Bay Project marks a significant step in the development of Bahrain's tourism infrastructure. As part of the Kingdom's Economic Vision 2030, the initiative aims to boost economic diversity and create sustainable growth within the tourism sector.
