Featured pricing is subject to change. Adam Sandler is going from 'Billy Madison' to Madison Square Garden. Ahead of the July 25 release date of 'Happy Gilmore 2,' the funnyman announced he's hitting the road this summer and fall on his 'You're My Best Friend Tour.' Starting Sept. 5, Sandler, 58, will swing into 34 arenas all over North America. That includes not one, not two, not three, but four (!) huge gigs in New York State. First, the 'SNL' alum drops into NYC's aforementioned MSG on Monday, Sept. 15. After that, he'll make merry at Albany's MVP Arena on Tuesday, Sept. 16, Syracuse's Upstate Medical Arena on Wednesday, Sept. 17 and Buffalo's KeyBank Center on Sunday, Sept. 21. 'Let's have some fun,' the 2023 Mark Twain Prize For American Humor winner shared on Instagram. These shows will be Sandler's first since his sprawling, extended 2022-23 trek, which was so exhaustive it included a leg called the 'I Missed You Tour,' where he headlined at venues he didn't get to the first time around. At all shows, he sang songs, told jokes and brought famous pals like Chris Rock, Kevin James, Woody Harrelson, Judd Apatow and David Spade onstage with him (for more details, keep scrolling). Fans Sandmen and Sandwomen can purchase tickets for all upcoming Adam Sandler shows on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the 'You're My Best Friend Tour' is Friday, June 27. Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand. They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event. Adam Sandler Mark Twain Prize In March 2023, Sandler was awarded with the prestigious Mark Twain Prize for American Humor earlier this year. At the event, he was honored by past collaborators like Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Chris Rock, Conan O'Brien, Steve Buscemi and many more. You can find clips from the supremely silly, one-night-only extravaganza here. Adam Sandler past opening acts At each and every show on his 2022-23 jaunt, Sandler promised surprise guests. After combing through our records, we've found out just who most of these secretive stars have been via Instagram, Reddit and Spotify. Without further ado, here's everyone we've spotted performing with Sandler on tour since 2022: Chris Rock ('The Week Of') Kevin James ('I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry') Woody Harrelson ('Anger Management') Bobcat Goldthwait ('Shakes The Clown) Rob Schneider ('The Waterboy') Judd Apatow ('Funny People') Nick Swardson ('Just Go With It') David Spade ('Grown Ups') Dan Patrick ('Hubie Halloween') Sarah Sherman ('Saturday Night Live') No word yet on who will take the stage with Sandler at his upcoming gigs but any of the above are certainly possible candidates. Adam Sandler upcoming projects The mighty Sandman always has a few irons in the fire. Here's what's coming next for the prolific comedian, courtesy of IMDb. Happy Gilmore 2 continues the ongoing story of the angry yet sensitive amateur hockey player turned golf wunderkind. This time around, Sandler's stacked the cast with returning ringers like Christopher 'Shooter McGavin' McDonald Ben Stiller and Julie Bowen as well as oddballs like Eminem, Bad Bunny, Travis Kelce, Benny Safdie and Eric André. Jay Kelly is a return to the goofball's serious side. Noah Baumbach writes and directs this film (yes, film!) about Jay Kelly who 'everyone knows' but he 'doesn't know himself.' George Clooney, Laura Dern, Greta Gerwig, Isla Fisher and Patrick Wilson round out the A-List ensemble. Untitled Adam Sandler/Safdie Brothers project has been teased for years following the woulda been awards season powerhouse 'Uncut Gems.' The reported logline of this one — which would allegedly co-star Steve Harvey and Megan Thee Stallion — is 'set in the world of high-end sports card collecting in the 1990s, a retired baseball pitcher attempts a comeback as a sports memorabilia agent attempts to capitalize on his success.' Other comedians on tour in 2025 If you've made it this far, we have a hunch that you're a bit of a comedy fan. And, as you may have guessed, so are we. Here's just five huge comedy tours we can't wait for this year. • Steve Martin and Martin Short • John Mulaney • Jerry Seinfeld • Bill Murray • Weird Al Want more? Check out our list of the 175 biggest comedians on tour in 2025 to find the show that makes the most sense for you. Nikki Glaser Shared The Real Reason Why She's Hesitant To Do Political Comedy Under The Trump Administration

Hot Topic 🔥 Full coverage and conversation on Politics Last night, Conan O'Brien was awarded the prestigious Mark Twain Prize For American Humor — but you might have missed it since there weren't many celebrities walking the red carpet. And given the controversy surrounding the John F. Kennedy Center of Performing Arts in the past couple of months, this wasn't much of a surprise. Earlier this year, President Trump announced that he'd be taking over the board of the Kennedy Center as chairman and that he planned to dismiss many key figures in the venue's administration. After he followed through, a number of celebrities spoke out in protest, including Shonda Rhimes and Issa Rae. Trump now serves as chairman for the venue, and the Guardian reports that the red carpet outside the venue for events is opposite a series of 'all mounted with gold-framed photos of Trump, first lady Melania Trump, and the vice-president and second lady, JD Vance and Usha Vance.' And at last night's award ceremony, many celebrities were absent. One in attendance was Nikki Glaser, who you'll probably remember as the host of the Golden Globes earlier this year when she delivered a fantastic performance that had everyone wondering why we've never had a solo female Globes host before. But despite her run at the Globes showing us that she truly takes no prisoners, last night Nikki revealed that there certainly are people that she'll be thinking twice about before poking fun — for extremely good reason. Speaking to reporters at the Kennedy Center, Nikki shared that she's hesitant to make jokes about Trump under his administration for fear that she could end up in serious trouble. 'Like, you just are scared that you're gonna get doxxed and death threats or who knows where this leads, like, detained. Honestly, that's not even like a joke. It's a real fear,' she said. 'So it's unfortunate that that's true, but I'm not gonna lie and say I don't think about that sometimes and go, 'Oh god. Can I just say, I hope they all know, I can be up on the gallows and say I was just joking. I'm a comedian.' I hope that's a defense,' she added. Despite Nikki's concerns, there were moments last night when comedians honoring Conan took the time to dig at the President and the center's new administration. Sarah Silverman included a jibe in her speech addressed to Conan, saying, 'I just really miss the days when you were America's only orange asshole,' before referencing Trump's graphic comments about women's genitalia, saying, 'The guy who took over loves grabbing pussy.' Other comedians that made fun of Trump last night included John Mulaney, who congratulated Conan on 'receiving the 26th and final Mark Twain prize,' as well as Will Ferrell ('I'm supposed to be shutting down the Department of Education') and Stephen Colbert, to no one's surprise. Stephen, in a segment of the ceremony that involved chicken wings, said, 'In light of the new leadership of the Kennedy Center, all of these are right wings, and a couple of them are truly insane.' And Conan's predecessor, David Letterman, summed it all up well when he said, 'I'm not a historian, but I believe that history will show in the history for all time, this will have been the most entertaining gathering of the resistance, ever.'
