The boil order has been put into effect due to water main repairs. The areas affected include 220 Beechwood Drive and the 300 block of Beechwood Drive. Water Superintendent Marlin Brune said that no restaurants are affected by this boil order.
Additionally, this boil order will be in effect until bacteriological samples can be taken to ensure public safety. The public is being urged to boil all water used for drinking and cooking purposes to a rolling boil for five minutes before using it.
Residents will be notified when the boil order is lifted.
