Worship news: Seven Churches Visitation and Good Friday services
Chesterton Bethel Church: 824 N. Calumet Ave. — A Cancer Support Group will be held at Liberty Bible Church's Chesterton campus from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 14. The group provides encouragement and prayer for those who may be experiencing cancer, who are cancer survivors, or have friends or family facing cancer. Calumet Ave. — Liberty Bible Church will have a caregiver support group from 10:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. April 13 for those regularly looking after a sick, elderly or disabled person. The liturgy will use holy oils used in sacraments throughout the year that have been blessed as priests of the diocese renew priestly promises.
