Riri Williams wants to build something iconic in trailer for Marvel's Ironheart
Marvel's next genius is Riri Williams, who sets out to build something iconic in the first trailer for Ironheart. After first appearing in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, MIT student Riri (Dominique Thorne) returns to Chicago with plans to build an armor suit similar to the one worn by Tony Stark. Riri's quest leads her to Parker Robbins (Anthony Ramos), aka The Hood, a mysterious figure who offers the young heroine a chance to complete her vision. However, Robbins is willing to bend the law and do some 'questionable things' to get the job done. Riri's loved ones warn her about Robbins' intentions, fearing it will send her down a dark path. Ultimately, it will be Riri's decision as to how she wants to achieve greatness. Ironheart's cast includes Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam, and Anji White. Chinaka Hodge is the creator and head writer of Ironheart. Executive producers include Zoie Nagelhout and Black Panther's Ryan Coogler. The series balances elements of magic with science, resulting in a 'crazy combination.' 'Riri is definitely in conversation with a street-level show like Daredevil,' Coogler explained to 'You've got characters trying — both heroes and villains — to make do with what they have. Then you combine that with cosmic Marvel, characters who would be at home in Doctor Strange or WandaVision. That [mix] of street-level Marvel and magical Marvel is a pretty crazy combination.' Ironheart will conclude Phase Five of the MCU. The Fantastic Four: First Steps will kick off Phase Six in July. Ironheart will consist of six episodes that stream on Disney+. The first three episodes will premiere at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on June 24.

Daredevil: Born Again season 2 is packed with "crazy sequences" and "wild scenes" involving Fisk, says Vincent D'Onofrio
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Daredevil: Born Again season 1 has come to a close with an explosive and bloody finale. But this is not the end of The Man Without Fear's journey, as Daredevil: Born Again season 2 is already on the way, and according to star Vincent D'Onofrio, the second installment is just as action-packed as the first. "Thanks for watching Daredevil Born Again. I hope you enjoyed it," said D'Onofrio, who plays gangster-turned-politician Wilson Fisk AKA Kingpin, via Twitter. "Wish I could tell you all about some of the wild scenes we are shooting for Season 2… but you know how it is." The star also shared a behind-the-scenes look at Kingpin on the set of season 2, donning his original white suit from the original Daredevil series. Check out the post below. Although D'Onofrio is keeping tight-lipped on season 2, which is already in production, Daredevil: Born Again executive producer Sana Amanat has given a positive update on how filming is going so far. "It's been great. We've been shooting a lot of crazy sequences. The crew is crushing it, and the action is nonstop," said Amanat to As for Fisk, the producer added, "I'm very excited about the material we've been getting. I've been fangirling all week. We shot a really big sequence with Wilson Fisk this week, and I felt like a kid in a candy shop." Could that "big sequence" be the same "wild" scene that D'Onofrio was alluding to in his cryptic tweet? Season 1 came to a fiery end with episode 9 , which saw Daredevil come to terms with just how powerful Fisk has become as the gangster reverts to his old ways and his wife Vanessa's evil streak is revealed. We won't spoil anything else for you here, but you can read more about the finale in our Daredevil: Born Again season 1 ending explained guide. As for season 2, we can expect the bulk of the main cast to return, including Charlie Cox's Daredevil, D'Onofrio, and Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page. The next season does not yet have an official synopsis, but judging by that sneaky Daredevil: Born Again season 1 post credits scene, it looks like Castle AKA Punisher will have some part to play in the second installment. Daredevil: Born Again season 2 does not yet have a release date. Season 1 is available to watch in full on Disney Plus. Charlie Cox on Daredevil's Controversial ‘Walk of Shame' in She-Hulk
Actor recently shared his thoughts on Daredevil's 'Walk of Shame' from the 2022 series She-Hulk starring Tatiana Maslany. Cox will arrive on Disney+ as Matt Murdock in the new series Daredevil: Born Again. The superhero reboot series, which debuts on Tuesday, also stars Vincent D'Onofrio, Deborah Ann Wall, Wilson Bethel, and Elden Henson, among others. Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio recently sat down for a chat with IGN while promoting Daredevil: Born Again. In the interview, Cox shared his thoughts on the criticism surrounding Daredevil's 'Walk of Shame' on She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. He told the outlet, 'It's funny how many opinions I've heard about this little moment in She-Hulk. There's the Walk of Shame, which was a last-minute idea where they set up a big green screen and just had me walk across it carrying my shoes. And a lot of people don't like it, and a lot of people love it.' Cox's Matt Murdock appeared in She-Hulk with a new costume and a slightly different personality. While talking about that version of Daredevil Cox said, 'If you take the Matt Murdock from our show and you put him in She-Hulk as-is, he's probably overly serious and becomes the butt of all jokes.' He added that Murdock had to 'adapt to the tone' of the 2022 show. In October 2022, Cox revealed that wearing the new Daredevil suit was one of the most exciting aspects of his cameo in She-Hulk. The actor told in an interview that he was 'really excited about the new suit.' As soon as he saw the suit he was 'really excited to put that on and to give it its first outing.' Cox shared that he used 'to sit around wearing' the new red and yellow color suit. He also expressed that sharing scenes with Tatiana Maslany was also very 'fun.'
