Matt's Bar is bringing its Jucy Lucys on the road with a new food truck
Minnesotans are well aware of the disputed history of the Jucy Lucy. They're also aware that there are just a handful of places that deliver a near-perfect version of the molten cheese-filled burger.
Matt's Bar, home of one of the most iconic versions of the burger, is making it easier to get one of the Twin Cities' best. No, they're not offering a frozen version of the burger (a thing that another company is actually doing).
It has launched a food truck.
The Matt's Jucy Lucy food truck had a soft opening earlier this month but will make its official debut on Saturday, May 17, during the Lakeville Food Truck Festival.
The big red Matt's Jucy Lucy truck will be updating fans of its whereabouts on its new Facebook page. (You can also keep up on food truck locations in Bring Me The News' weekly food truck roundup.) It's also offering catering, which can be booked through the Matt's Bar website.
