The commission voted to decertify Springfield Police Officer Leon Davis, who they found used excessive force when shocking a woman multiple times with a taser back in 2020.
They also voted to decertify former Agawam reserve police officer Matthew Hubbard for lying on an official form about previous injuries and the fact that he was receiving disability payments.
A third officer, Springfield Officer Stanley Clerge, will not have his certification revoked. A hearing officer did not find allegations of domestic violence against Clerge to be credible.
