Italian referee and VAR appointed for Borussia Dortmund vs Barcelona Italian referee Maurizio Mariani will officiate the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals between Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday. Serie A referee Mariani will take on his second consecutive Champions League game on Tuesday, when La Liga giants Barcelona visit Borussia Dortmund in the second leg quarter-finals next week.
