Love It or List It Renewed at HGTV — Find Out Who Is Replacing Hilary Farr

Love It or List It fans, rejoice! HGTV has renewed the long-running home design series for Season 20, TVLine has confirmed. More from TVLine MeTV Toons to Launch Hanna-Barbera Block, Featuring Yogi Bear, Secret Squirrel, Magilla Gorilla and Others FBI: International Just Bid a Fly Team Member Adieu - Will You Miss [Spoiler]? The Cleaning Lady and Alert: Missing Persons Unit Returning to Fox in March Whether or not the series would return was a bit up in the air as original host Hilary Farr exited in 2023, after a 19-season run as the one out to make disgruntled homeowners 'love' their always-ambition, always-under-budgeted reno. The new season will instead be led by HGTV personality Page Turner, alongside original cast member David 'List It!' Visentin. As a licensed real estate agent, Turner has appeared on Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip. 'HGTV fans first came to love Page Turner on Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip and were introduced to her competitive side in two seasons of Rock the Block,' HGTV content chief Loren Ruch said in a statement. 'Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money.' Love It or List It Season 20 will consist of eight hour-long episodes, and is expected to premiere Summer 2025. The HGTV series originally debuted in 2008 and had Farr and Visentin facing off to win over homeowners who were 'at a crossroads' with their houses. Farr's objective was to renovate their current digs into a dream home in the effort to have them fall back in love with it, while Vistentin went on the hunt to find them an alternative property to convince them to list it for sale, and move. Watch a promo above. 'The House of Hanna-Barbera' will get a three-hour, primetime sneak peek on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 8/7c, before it christens its regular Monday-Friday time slot of 11 am-1pm, beginning Monday, Feb. 17. The block will also air on Sunday afternoons from 1-3 pm, starting Feb. 23. 'These cartoons are the cream of the crop,' says animation historian Jerry Beck, author of The Hanna-Barbera Treasury. 'The characters are the backbone of the studio — the personalities, the character designs, the whole Hanna-Barbera aesthetic. 'The lines, written by their top writers, formerly of Warner Bros. and Disney, with quotes we all remember: 'How much is that gorilla in the window', 'Touche away!', 'I hate those meeces to pieces!'' notes Beck. 'These cartoons are filled with the voices that became the soundtrack of our childhood. Daws Butler, Mel Blanc, June Foray, Don Messick on and on — the theme songs by Hoyt Curtin — all classic. The H and B cartoons became the inspiration for other artists and future studios, and pretty much all television animation that followed. And here's the best news — they are still funny. In fact, they seem to have gotten better over time. I'm laughing at jokes that went way over my head when I saw them as a kid.'
