Danville school bus collides with pickup truck; no one hurt
DANVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) — No one is hurt after a pickup truck and a school bus collided in Danville Wednesday morning.
The collision happened at the Intersection of Seminary and Walnut Streets around 7:24 a.m. Deputy Police Chief Terry McCord told WCIA that 10 students were aboard the bus when a Ford F-250 crashed into it.

The students attend Meade Park Elementary School, McCord added. After first responders confirmed that none of the students were hurt, they continued on to school for the day.
The driver of the Ford F-250 was given a ticket for their role in the accident, McCord said.
WCIA has reached out to the Danville School District for comment. We did not hear back immediately.
