WVU Medicine Children's Mediathon to air on WBOY Wednesday
MORGANTOWN, (WBOY) — WBOY, Nexstar Media Group and WVU Medicine Children's are partnering up this week to raise money to help support kids who need it.
WVU Medicine Children's will be putting on its annual Mediathon on Wednesday, March 26, in conjunction with WVU Day of Giving, with the goal of raising money to support the hospital's mission of building healthier futures for children across West Virginia and the surrounding regions.

The event will run between 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. with multiple check-ins happening throughout the day on WBOY's broadcasts and Facebook pages. During that time, viewers will meet some of WVU Medicine Children's patients and staff in order to demonstrate how their donations will make a difference. Donations will remain open until 11:59 p.m. Wednesday night.
