On behalf of American Pecans, renowned chefs Meghna Kamdar and Neha Deepak Shah have crafted some delicious, wholesome treats featuring the rich, buttery crunch of pecans. From Apple & Pecan Doughnuts to No-Sugar Pecan Date Bars to the decadent Double Chocolate Pecan Cookies, each recipe is packed with goodness and is easy to make at home. Ingredients Method Take pecan nuts and dry roast them. Coarsely chop and keep aside. Cut apples into a thick round slice. Remove the centre so that you can get doughnut-shaped apple slices. Melt dark chocolate. Dip apple slices in the melted chocolate. Immediately, drizzle some peanut butter and chopped roasted pecans. Keep these in the fridge; you can have these for 1-2 days. No Sugar Pecan Nut Date Bar by Chef Meghna Kamdar Method To make the Pecan Nut Base Take a cup of pecans and dry roast them. Take a cup of oats and dry roast them, and mix them with pecan nuts. In a grinder, add roasted pecan nuts and oats and grind them. In a bowl, add the ground mixture and take 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Add a tbsp virgin coconut oil (or 1 tsp melted butter as an alternative to oil) Add 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (you can substitute honey or jaggery powder). Add a pinch of salt. Mix everything well and set it on a lined tray. Pecan Nuts Base is ready. To make Date Caramel Take soft dates and add some warm water. Make a smooth paste and spread it over the pecan mixture. Set it in the fridge to set for an hour. No Sugar Pecan nut date bar is ready. Garnish with roasted pecans. Double Chocolate Pecan Cookies by Chef Neha Deepak Shah Ingredients 1/3 cup chopped pecans 125 grams / 1 cup maida 50 grams / 4 tbsp caster sugar 50 grams / 4 tbsp brown sugar (smallest Granules) 75 grams soft salted butter ½ tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp cold milk ¼ tsp baking soda (Mix it with the flour) ¼ tsp salt 75 grams dark & milk chocolate (chopped into chunks or chocolate chips) Some flaky sea salt – Optional top videos View all Method Begin by creaming together butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, and vanilla essence. Gradually incorporate milk and continue to cream the mixture using an electric beater. Blend in the flour thoroughly, then add pecans, milk, and dark chocolate, ensuring a well-combined dough. Shape small portions of the dough into cookies and adorn them with additional pecans and chocolate. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. After baking, allow the cookies to cool before indulging in their delightful taste! Celebrity chefs Rakhee Vaswani and Meghna Kamdar present two refreshing des-serts packed with creamy goodness and the rich flavor of pistachios. From the classic Pistachio Kulfi to the fruity Pista Mango Sabudana Kheer, these recipes bring together tradition and indulgence in every spoonful. Pistachio Kulfi Ingredients: Pistachio paste -2tbsp Full fat milk - 500ml Readymade Khoya - 60gms Fresh cream - 3 tbsp Condensed milk- 100 gms Method: Heat the milk and fresh cream cook till it simmers Add khoya, condensed milk. Continue cooking till a nice thick con-sistency is achieved. Add Pista paste to the mixture and stir it well. Set for a couple of hours in desired moulds like paper cups and add a stick Freeze it then remove and Enjoy - Chef Rakhee Vaswani Pista And Mango Sabudana Kheer Ingredients: Milk - 1 litre Cardamom Powder - 4-5 pinches Sabudana - ½ cup soaked (soaked for 4–5 hours) California Pistachio - ½ cup Mangoes - 2, chopped Method: Take 1 litre of milk and bring it to boil Add cardamom powder and stir well. Once the milk comes to the boil, add soaked sabudana (soaked for 4-5 hours). Let sabudana cook in milk till it becomes transparent Lower the heat and add condensed milk as per your taste. Stir everything well And add 1/4 cup blanched California Pista (take pista, keep in warm water for 20-30 minutes & then gently remove the skin) Once the kheer comes to right consistency, turn off the heat and bring it to room temperature Then add 2 chopped mangoes, you may add mango pulp as well Keep kheer in fridge to chill Enjoy this kheer chilled with some more pista and mango garnishing -Chef Meghna Kamdar

Chef Meghna Kamdar and Chef Gopalasamy S have come together to share three vibrant and nutrient-rich treats that blend juicy mangoes with nuts, making every bite irresistibly cool and indulgent. Pista and Mango Sabudana Kheer by Chef Meghna Kamdar (on behalf of American Pistachio Growers) Ingredients: Milk – 1 litre Cardamom Powder – 4-5 pinches Sabudana – ½ cup soaked (soaked for 4–5 hours) Pistachio – ½ cup Mangoes – 2, chopped Method: Almond Mango Cake with Mango Cheese Cream by Chef Gopalasamy S Ingredients: For the Cake For the Cheese Base Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in the almond powder, then add the vanilla essence and mango purée. Pour the mixture into a mould and bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Once baked, allow the cake to cool to room temperature. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, mango purée, and whipped cream until a thick cream forms. Pipe the cream mixture onto the cooled cake. Top with Alphonso mango chunks and serve. Summer Chilli Mango Brownie Pudding by Chef Gopalasamy S Ingredients: Method: Take fresh, well-ripened mangoes and extract the pulp. Mix the pulp with sugar and let it chill in the refrigerator. Dissolve agar agar in a little water and fold it into the mango purée. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and set them in the refrigerator to chill. Cut homemade brownies into cubes. Once the mango layer is set, remove the glasses and add brownie cubes to one side. Place the glasses back in the refrigerator to firm up further.
