Kansas City man seriously hurt after being ejected from car in southern MO crash
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 32-year-old Kansas City man is in the hospital with serious injuries after a crash late Friday night in Polk County, Missouri.
According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at around 11:45 p.m., the man was driving a 2015 Mercedes M3 on MO-215 — about a quarter-mile east of Brighton — when he drove off the left side of the road and into a ditch.

The MSHP said the car overturned several times, causing the man to be ejected.
The man was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, where he is said to have serious injuries.
According to the MSHP, he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
