‘Gucci goes desi': Alia Bhatt stuns in brand's first-ever saree, drenched in Swarovski at Cannes closing
Alia Bhatt gave us a couture moment at Cannes, wearing Gucci's first-ever saree as their global brand ambassador. After headlining two Met Galas, her Cannes debut was long overdue, and she made the most of her two days in the French Riviera. From the Schiaparelli floral-detailed mermaid-cut gown to the Armani Privé Fall 2025 look, Alia's looks made global headlines. On May 24, as the 78th Cannes Film Festival came to a close, the Heart of Stone actor arrived draped in silver mesh fabric, adorned with Swarovski crystals and featuring Gucci's signature GG logo. The Rocky and Rani star chose a lehenga-style drape from the Italian luxury house that took a bold step in blending Indian tradition with their signature style for the final look. Unlike a traditional saree, the outfit didn't have any pleats and was drenched in small Swarovski crystals stitched to the side and centre. She paired the look with a matching deep-neck blouse and a figure-hugging skirt in a nude hue. The matching dupatta, draped over her shoulder, was spread to the side, adding drama. Unlike her previous two looks, this time her makeup was bolder, with winged eyeliner, dewy cheeks, and a nude lip. Posing by the sea, wearing a pencil skirt, paired with a cropped bustier, she dropped a string of photos on her Instagram handle, captioning the mood with emojis. To complete the look, she added a matching cropped jacket, floral printed silk scarf and a pair of sunglasses. After keeping her Cannes arrival a secret until the last moment, Alia Bhatt stunned in a mermaid-style gown from Schiaparelli's Spring 2025 Couture collection on May 23. The off-shoulder dress featured a sweetheart neckline, intricate floral detailing, and a corset-style bodice. She kept her makeup soft and her hair pulled back in a neat bun, accessorising only with pearl earrings and a diamond ring.

Pedro Pascal wants his Materialists co-star Dakota Johnson to start an OnlyFans: Is she game?
As you may have guessed right off the bat, Pedro Pascal suggesting Dakota Johnson to go the OnlyFans route, is 0 percent creepy and a 100 percent feminist. In a sit down chat with Elle, the 50 Shades alum opened up about the very candid suggestion made by her Materialists co-star Pedro, also elaborating how he had enough faith in her to just about "wiggle (her) toe" and still mint money. Giggling through the anecdote, Dakota shared, "Pedro Pascal told me that I should have an OnlyFans. And that I could just like wiggle my toe and make money. Should I do that? I'm not the right person to ask for advice.". Now while of course taking Pedro's suggestion seriously at the end of the day is entirely Dakota's decision, but something tells us she wouldn't be all that great a fit for the platform considering she allegedly knows so very little about it! In response to a fan-asked question bringing up concerns over their boyfriend engaging with OnlyFans, Dakota said, "I don't know anything about that. I don't know. Further, the media personality shared that the rapper allegedly being in the bathroom and humping away at a lady in full view of all shows that he does not have respect for private spaces for women or women in general. An insider with direct knowledge claimed, 'This is completely false and irresponsible of Megyn Kelly to make baseless claims in an attempt to link the family to the media attention around this case for sensational headlines.' American singer-rapper Megan Thee Stallion is speaking out after reports surfaced claiming she was banned from the Met Gala for breaking a major rule. The 30-year-old attended the 2025 Met Gala, which took place earlier this month, and shared footage from inside the event, despite the gala's well-known no-phone policy. In the days following, rumors began to circulate that her phone use led to her being banned from future Met Galas. She continued, 'Y'all made that up and ran with it. They love making (stuff) up. Anna (Wintour) loves me, babe. That's why my phone was out.' Blackpink's Lisa faced backlash for wearing a Louis Vuitton outfit some believed featured an image of Rosa Parks on the crotch. The piece, designed by Pharrell Williams and artist Henry Taylor, did not actually depict the civil rights icon.
