Amber Alert Issued for Missing One Year Old
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Early Friday morning the state of South Dakota issued an amber alert after a reported kidnapping Thursday night around 9pm. Officials are saying to be on the lookout for one year old Javion say Javion was forcibly abducted from his grandmother's home in Sioux Falls by two females, one with a are believed to be driving a white early 2000s Chevrolet Impala with loud power main suspect is 29-year-old Lelana Sitting Up. Murder suspect accused of stalking & stabbing ex girlfriend
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls woman is dead after police say her ex-boyfriend planned to kill her. So they say he went to her job, waited inside her car, and attacked her. 24-year-old Tyson Christians is accused of stabbing Emily Eirninberg to death and then leaving her body in a car outside the Empire Mall. Tyson Christians is charged with first degree murder in the stabbing death. Rapid City man arrested for making threats against Gov. Rhoden Court Documents say Christians used a code to get into her car, Monday morning, while she was at work and waited for her. He convinced her to drive to a nearby parking lot and get in the backseat with him. Then he pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed her repeatedly until she then called a friend and asked to meet at the Empire Mall and told the friend that Eirinberg's body was in the vehicle. 'Officers were dispatched after Metro Communications received a call from an individual who said there was a man that he was there with that had killed his girlfriend,' said Lt. Nyberg. Police found Eirinberg's body in the back of a Ford Escape in the parking lot near Dick's Sporting Goods. Officers took Christians into custody and he is now in the Minnehaha County Jail. Police are familiar with Christians, a check of court records shows he has an extensive criminal history. Past charges include assault, robbery, hit and run and DWI and started when he was still a teenager. He also has a history of avoiding his court dates. The victim's family tells us that Eirinberg and Christians were no longer dating at the time of her death.
