The median home in Middlesex County listed for $992,000 in April, down 8.6% from the previous month's $1,085,250, an analysis of data from shows. Compared to April 2024, the median home list price slightly decreased from $998,875. Marlborough Democrats plan April 26 caucus to vote for convention delegates. What to know
Marlborough Democrats will elect those who will represent the city at this year's State Democratic Convention during a caucus on Saturday, April 26 at the Kane Elementary School, 520 Farm Road, according to a community announcement.
