Mexico Open 2025 Blades Brown relieved to make weekend
Blades Brown, a 17-year-old PGA Tour pro, made the cut at the 2025 Mexico Open, his first made cut as a pro.
What a way to win your first PGA Tour event, Brian Campbell.
The 31-year-old won the 2025 Mexico Open at VidantaWorld on Sunday, topping Aldrich Potgieter on the second playoff hole with a birdie. Campbell shot 1-under 70 on Sunday to get into the playoff, and after a lucky bounce on his tee shot on the second playoff hole, bounced back to get a breakthrough win.
With the win, Campbell earned $1.26 million. His career PGA Tour winnings before Sunday was $303,115.
