Dayton Burger Week 2025 returns with 24 restaurants
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A longtime annual celebration of the hamburger has returned this week with enough specialty burgers and deals to impress even 'Pulp Fiction's Jules. Dayton Burger Week, running through Sunday, June 15, features 24 restaurants offering deals for lunch or dinner, starting at $9. As you're already going to be taking pictures of your food for social media, you can also win gift cards by tagging both the restaurant and the Miami Valley Restaurant Association, the week's sponsor. Restaurant week aims to boost business after ‘brutal' winter weather
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The winter months are typically tough on a restaurant's bottom line, that's why an annual event encourages people to get out and dine at local restaurants. This is the 20th year for Miami Valley Winter Restaurant Week. 'It's just a great way to promote our locally owned restaurants and have them get in some new customers,' Amy Zahora, executive director of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association, said. Winter Restaurant Week runs from Sunday, January 26 through Sunday, February 2. Around 40 local restaurants are participating this year. Zahora said it falls at a time when support from customers at local businesses is needed most. 'January is typically a slower time for the restaurants, and this month has been brutal with the weather and the snow and the frigid temperatures,' Zahora said. Restaurants will be serving three-course meal specials with some starting at $20.25. Zahora said it's a chance for people to support local restaurants, and even find a new favorite.
