Miamisburg unveils new $227K dump truck
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Miamisburg residents can be on the lookout for a new dump truck roving through the area on pickup days.
The city unveiled a newly acquired 2026 International model dump truck.
The truck, which cost $227,000, includes a stainless steel bed, salt spreader and a brine prewetting system, as well as a preexisting plow.
The 2026 truck replaces the 2008 edition, which the city says will be converted into a full-time brine vehicle.
The new truck was purchased by the Miamisburg Public Works Department.
