Former community hall to be auctioned off for more than £300k

A former community hall in Poole is set to be auctioned off for more than £300,000. Moose Hall, located in Jolliffe Road, is among 166 lots listed in the upcoming Clive Emson Auctioneers sale in June. The property features a main hall, side bar, commercial kitchen and storage areas. Michael Marchant, senior auction appraiser, said: "Located in an attractive residential road in Poole, this former hall occupies a plot of 0.12 acres. He also suggested there may be potential for developing the site for residential accommodation, subject to necessary consents.
