Holyoke YMCA opens new state-of-the-art personal training studio
HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – The Greater Holyoke YMCA marked its commitment to community health Wednesday by unveiling a new personal training studio.
The upgraded space was thanks to the generosity of Marcotte Ford.
The new space offers one-on-one and small group training, personal health consultations, and a high-tech 3D body scanner for fitness insights. The president of Marcotte Ford, Mike Marcotte, told 22News, this new studio will help people of all ages and fitness levels reach their full potential.
'We look at how we can help the youth in our city. To get them active, training, and better confidence,' says Marcotte. 'We stress in confidence. To just work out and get their energy out every day.'
