Vortex Companies Acquires Foraction, Quebec's Leading Trenchless Watermain Rehabilitation Contractor Français

The rights to the Foraction name will stay with Groupe Michaudville, where it will continue to operate its successful drilling business. "Foraction clearly understands and excels in this space.
