Travelers can no longer grab Starbucks at CVG, as airport closes locations
Weary travelers, beware! Your coffee run at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport may look a little different now.
CVG has officially closed both its Starbucks locations in the Concourse A and B food courts, and it is set to replace them with Dunkin' restaurants. The airport originally announced its plans to do so in January 2024, but did not share a timeline for the swap.
CVG spokesperson Mindy Kershner said the Dunkin' location in Concourse A, which Starbucks moved out of earlier this year, should open "in the next several weeks." The Starbucks in Concourse B closed last week and will be remodeled into a Dunkin', with an opening date planned for later this summer.
However, no official opening dates for either Dunkin' locations have been announced.
Dunkin' won't be the only new food and drink option inside the airport. Earlier this month, CVG opened its Bengals Bar & Kitchen inside the old Outback Steakhouse space in Concourse B. The Cincinnati Bengals-themed sports bar honors the hometown team with specialty foods, beers and cocktails.
