Nintendo mastermind Shigeru Miyamoto himself has announced that the Wes Ball-directed adaptation of The Legend of Zelda has been delayed. The movie will now drop several weeks later than previously expected, now on May 7, 2027. The movie follows — get this — a goat, voiced by Stranger Things star Caleb McLaughlin, who dreams of playing ball in the big leagues. Joining him will be actual basketball player Steph Curry (who's also producing) and Gabrielle Union. In addition to being the subject of a documentary premiering at the fest, the Vertigo star will receive the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. The doc, Kim Novak's Vertigo from director Alexandre Philippe, was made in collaboration with the 92-year-old actress. "I am deeply, deeply touched to receive the prestigious Golden Lion Award from such an enormously respected film festival," Novak said. "To be recognized for my body of work at this time in my life is a dream come true. I will treasure every moment I spend in Venice. It will fill my heart with joy." Riri Williams is building something big in the new preview for the upcoming Marvel TV event. Ironheart premieres on Disney+ on June 24. Just days after Universal announced Craig Brewer as the director for its Snoop Dogg biopic, Deadline is reporting that the film also has a lead actor. Outer Banks star Jonathan Daviss will be stepping up to the mic as the legendary rapper. The dark comedy, which premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival and stars The Bear's Molly Gordon and Logan Lerman, has revealed its first trailer. Oh, Hi! opens in theaters on July 25.
