Jennmar appoints Michael Portwood as new COO, bringing 30 years of industry experience

Pittsburgh-based Jennmar has appointed a new executive to its C-suite.
Michael Portwood has been named to the role of chief operating officer, according to a release from the company that's a part of the FalconPoint Partners portfolio.
Portwood succeeds Robert Wise, who served as COO at the company, a provider of infrastructure products and services to the solar, mining and construction industries, for 11 years.

Portwood brings with him over 30 years of experience in various industries, including mining, automotive and manufacturing. He has spent the past decade serving as president of Minova Americas, a provider of support and geotechnical solutions for mining, tunneling surface ground engineering products. He's also the founder of multiple manufacturing and distribution business and is a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker.
