Dianna Agron's New French Accent Reactions

Throughout the clip, Dianna's accent It sounds a little French, even — which makes sense, on a level, because she is at Cannes, and is (very performatively) speaking French at several points.
But even when she speaks English in the video, she sounds...a little European.
The whole thing is, to say the least, highly confusing. And the commenters agree:
