Meanwhile, Shabab Al Ahli defeated Al Nasr by 31-17, resulting in all three teams—Sharjah, Shabab Al Ahli, and Mleiha—finishing the round with four points each. Sharjah tops the standings on goal difference Despite the points tie, Sharjah was placed at the top of the standings due to its superior goal difference. According to the competition regulations, the team finishing first in the round is awarded three points, the second-place team receives two points, the third-place team gets one point, and the fourth receives none. As a result, Sharjah earned three points, followed by Shabab Al Ahli with two points. Mleiha claimed one point, while Al Nasr concluded the round without any points. Final round to decide league champion The second and final round of matches is scheduled to take place on May 23 at the Shabab Al Ahli Arena in Dubai. This round will determine the champion of this season's UAE Handball League.

Professor Simon McKirdy, Vice President of Murdoch University in Australia, was present at the discussion. Engineering Classification Al Nuaimi further noted that the council also addressed professional engineering standards, aiming to enhance engineer classifications similar to some Gulf countries that recognise the title of professional engineer. He emphasised the importance of such discussions with experts, academics, and members of the Sharjah Consultative Council.
